Julia brings more than two decades of rich experience to the table, having spearheaded significant projects in core banking transformations, compliance, operational risk management, finance restructuring, corporate governance, enterprise risk management (ERM), and conducting internal audits. Her ability to synthesize complex issues and develop tailored, effective solutions is highly esteemed by her clients.
Before occupying her present position, Julia has taken on crucial leadership roles at PwC, such as leading the private banking sector, heading governance, risk, and compliance, and steering digital transformation initiatives.
Complementing her professional responsibilities, Julia contributes to the community through her involvement on various boards and mentorship programs. She is an active member of the Board of Trustees at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS), a board member at the Building Construction Authority, and serves on the Governance and Audit Committee at the Singapore Heart Foundation.
