Coca-Cola is praising its one-year commemoration in the metaverse with another arrival of restricted release advanced collectibles. Planned for discharge on International Friendship Day (Saturday July 30), the collectibles will be airdropped by the brand “to members of [its] existing collectible community.”
The refreshment goliath made its metaverse debut the previous summer with its ‘Friendship Day Loot Box,’ which contained a variety of one-of-one computerized collectibles, including an essentially wearable NFT puffer coat. Proceeding with its endeavors to lay out areas of strength for an in the web3 space, the brand immediately circled back to that underlying effort with two computerized collectible drops in 2022 – one on Hamburger Day (May 28), and one more on International Pride Day (June 28).
