Metaverse engineers reportedly getting paid ‘mind-boggling’ sums

It looks as if nobody is actually shopping for into Meta’s foray into the metaverse: Investors are begging CEO Mark Zuckerberg to drag assets from what has to date been a cash sink, customers are principally nowhere to be discovered, and even Meta itself has began to slowly pivot away from the mission and towards the gilded path that is artificial intelligence.
