Physics-bowing properties — The Row’s virtual properties were planned by specialists Daniel Arsham, Misha Kahn, Andrés Reisinger, and Alexis Christodolou, as well as plan studios Six N Five and Hard Architects. Their advanced manifestations range from glass box houses to structures that answer the (virtual) sun over the course of the day.
Arsham’s “Ares House” plan includes a home worked inside a model of its namesake, the Greek divine force of war. As the imaginative envoy for Everyrealm and organizer behind Snarkitecture, a New York-based cooperative plan practice, Arsham previously had insight with actual works, inside plan, and NFTs.
