It’s been a little more than a year since Beeple stirred up the workmanship world by selling his NFT “Everydays: The First 5000 Days” for a record-breaking $67 million. Jared Bowen investigates how non-fungible tokens are changing the business with a visit to Boston Cyberarts, where he talks with chief George Fifield. Then, at that point, Bowen talks about NFTs’ effect on workmanship with Washington Post craftsmanship pundit Sebastian Smee and NFT craftsman Anne Spalter.
Next, Bowen plunks down with Lesia Sochor. The Maine-based, Ukrainian American craftsman tracks down motivation from her predecessors’ custom of unpredictably enhanced eggs. Her socially established show named “Pysanka: Symbol of Renewal” is visible at the Museum of Russian Icons through July 24.
