Magic Eden follows OpenSea with NFT royalty enforcement instrument

Magic Eden, a Solana-based nonfungible token (NFT) market, has turn into the newest platform to launch a instrument permitting creators to implement royalties on their collections.
It follows the announcement of an identical instrument from rival NFT market OpenSea in early November.
Based on a Dec. 1 statement, the open-source royalty enforcement instrument is constructed on high of Solana’s SPL token customary and known as the Open Creator Protocol (OCP). It will enable royalty enforcement for brand new collections that opt-in to the usual beginning Dec. 2.
