Newen Studios introduces Meta Green Studio for environmentally friendly production training in the metaverse

After the successful conclusion of the “Meta Pitch Contest” at Series Mania 2024 festival, Newen Studios continues its venture into the metaverse with the establishment of the “Meta Green Studio”. Collaborating with Ecoprod for training design and support, and Manzalab for gamification and immersive experiences, this virtual platform offers eco-responsible filming training for producers and technicians.

The training program focuses on four key pillars:

– Engaging learning experience in an innovative format
– Partnerships with experts in training and eco-production
– Convenient remote accessibility via computer
– Reduced carbon footprint compared to traditional face-to-face training

Participants can choose between self-paced learning or guided by a trainer. The project was spearheaded by Marianne Carpentier, Director of Innovation and Technologies, and Margot Wilwertz, Metaverse and AI Project Manager, under the guidance of Serge Ladron, Carbon Manager at Newen Studios with extensive experience in audiovisual production
