The crypto and non-fungible token (NFT) people group coordinated an accolade for French NFT craftsman Alotta Money at the Cryptovoxels metaverse on March 5, two days after he lost his fight with malignant growth and a day after what might have been his 50th birthday.

North of 100 fans assembled at on the roof of The Voxel Hotel to move on the virtual dance floor and offer stories to observe Alotta’s life and birthday.
“Even though I’ve been to many events in the metaverse, I’ve not experienced anything like that,” Yehudah Petscher, NFT relations specialist at NFT information aggregator CryptoSlam, told Forkast subsequent to going to the occasion.
“To those that think NFTs are just about money, this should be a lesson that the true power of [Web 3.0] is the ability for people to connect, build, and share in a decentralized way,” Petscher said.
