Crypto.com flagged by UK promoting watchdog over deceptive NFT advertisements

The UK’s Promoting Requirements Authority (ASA) has flagged Crypto.com’s commercials referring to non-fungible tokens (NFTs) for being deceptive to buyers and failing to determine the dangers related to the asset class.

The erring commercials have been paid advertisements on Fb involving the promotion of the NFT challenge Turtle United seen in July 2022.
