SEC sues Binance, CEO Changpeng Zhao for violating securities legislation

The US Securities and Change Fee on Monday sued Binance and its CEO, Changpeng Zhao. 

The Wall Road Journal reported that the lawsuit accuses the world’s largest cryptocurrency alternate of breaking US securities guidelines and for working an unlawful alternate. The Journal says that the lawsuit has been filed in federal courtroom within the District of Columbia.
